Christmas Break

Everyone is home for break . . . except me. I am working a little over break in Chapel Hill, so I'm trying to save gas and stay here as much as possible. Elizabeth, Hanna, and Molly made the apartment fun for a few days, but now they're back in Raleigh along with everyone else. The COHV sleepover went very well and lasted for about 3 days. We ate a whole lot of Gumby's and watched a whole lot of Gilmore Girls. Wonderful. We had a great time at Chris's surprise birthday party as well. Anytime that we wear Christmas tree tights, light-up sweaters, printed turtlenecks, and handprinted sweatshirts has to be good. Hanna, Elizabeth, and I semi-learned how to play Cornhole. It was nice to see Jessica, especially since Hanna had never met her. We fully appreciated her detailed guest list, and we now have a few more facebook friends. The pond house blowup was also a success. Jessica made us "PHP" stickers (pond house posse), in camo, of course. We didn't have a fire because of the wind and cold, but it was still a good time. Rest in peace, pond house. Allison is moving to Raleigh, so hopefully I will see more of her. It's a busy life taking over camp and making it fun again. Thank goodness for Allison (and Brian) and her decision-making abilities. I'll have to visit during a shag party this summer.
