On Saturday, I did the Run Around the Block Safe Boating 5K in Atlantic Beach. We got to run through the Coast Guard station and down Fort Macon Road. It was so nice to run on almost flat land after training in Raleigh! I had no problem jogging the whole time, and I finished in 35:05. This picture is a pretty accurate representation of the day: sweaty, windblown, and exploring the fort.
